I am a final-year Ph.D. candidate at the University of Southern California, co-advised by Prof. Robin Jia and Prof. Jesse Thomason. My research focuses on natural language processing for cross-disciplinary applications, including multimodal learning, healthcare, robotics, and psychology, with an emphasis on building verifiable systems that address real-world problems in these domains.
My latest Curriculum Vitae is available here.
Previously, I worked with Prof. Fei Sha on vision-language navigation and language pretrained models. I received my B.Sc. in Computer Science through a dual-degree program at Simon Fraser University and Zhejiang University. During my undergraduate studies, I worked with Prof. Greg Mori and Prof. Oliver Schulte on robotics and reinforcement learning.
